Combining our knowledge of the stamping and forming processes with today's robotic and welding technologies gives Ralco an unfair advantage over the competition. We employ digital controls and power sources in all of our welding process. These technologies enable us to deliver the weld integrity and repeatability our customers deserve. In 2005 our robots produced over 500 miles of MIG weld, yet Ralco maintained a world class PPM of 0.16.

Then, using those same technologies with an integrated quality assurance system during development, we embed the quality process at the root of everything we do.
